1. Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate exclusively online at www.trisova.in, allowing us to offer the best designs at competitive prices.
2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations.
3. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your favourite saree or blouse, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD (Cash on Delivery) for selected locations.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We usually dispatch orders within 2-3 working days, after which the courier company takes an additional 3-7 days for delivery, depending on the location.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
7. What will happen if I miss my order/package delivery?
No worries! Every order is attempted twice for delivery before being returned to our warehouse. Our team will contact you if necessary.
For prepaid orders that are undelivered, we can reship them at an additional shipping cost of ₹125 (to be borne by the customer). If the customer chooses to cancel the order, a refund coupon code will be issued after deducting 'to & fro' shipping charges of ₹250.
8. Do you offer customization for blouses?
No, we don’t provide size customization for pre-stitched blouses. Please check the product details for more information.
9. Do your products come with a guarantee or warranty?
In the world of fashion, trends and materials evolve constantly, and guarantees are not typically offered. However, our sarees and pre-stitched blouses are crafted with high-quality fabrics and expert craftsmanship to ensure longevity. With proper care—such as gentle handling, dry cleaning when necessary, and appropriate storage—your Trisova outfit will stay beautiful for years to come.

11. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
It’s simple! Contact our customer support team at support@trisova.in with your name, number, and order number within 48 hours of receiving the product, and our team will assist you.
12. How can I get a refund in my bank account?
We do not offer refunds in the form of bank account transfers. All refunds are primarily issued as Refund Coupon Codes (RCC).
However, in special cases where a customer has placed a prepaid order and wishes to cancel before shipping, we can process the refund to the original payment method after deducting 5% as payment gateway charges.
