Trisova Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind after receiving your order? No worries. At Trisova, we respect the fact that many times you buy a fashion product but change your mind later. We value your money and hence, we offer a very simple, 3-step, no-questions-asked return & exchange policy to our customers. For all domestic orders, a coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase. Below are the 3 steps for returning/exchanging your purchases:
1. Inform
You need to share the name, order no., and image of the product via email at Support@trisova.in within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return/exchange request, and the next step follows.
2. Return
Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return/exchange in proper packaging. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to provide you with an exchange or process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped in bad condition. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the product is shipped.
3. Refund
The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy or ship the product you want in exchange.
Cancellation of Your Order
- Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse.
- For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping.
- Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per the customer’s choice of receiving a refund coupon code or refund in the original payment mode (5% deduction as payment gateway charges).
- No cancellation after the product is shipped.
- We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- Orders may be cancelled due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or fraud detection issues.
- If the returned package is received and we cannot get in touch with you, we shall consider the order as terminated and refund the amount as a store credit after deducting the shipping cost within 3 days.
- We experience high volumes during sales and will be unable to cancel any order due to shipment delays.
Refund Policy
Mode of Refund
- Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of a coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time-use code and cannot be applied again to any other order.
- The coupon code value will be equal to the product value minus the shipping/COD cost to & fro with a validity of 6 months from the date of issuance.
Applicable Deductions
- ₹250 will be deducted for the non-acceptance of prepaid orders towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse.
- Any refund coupon code of the previous order, if applied to a new order which is not accepted, will lead to expiry of the coupon code and cannot be used again.
- For online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet but the order confirmation is not received, a 5% deduction will apply before processing the refund.
- For orders where shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹125 will be deducted while processing refund coupon codes.
- A customer who has used a refund code to place an order and returns the order, will only be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund codes tracing back to the original order.
Eligibility
- All products sold on our website are eligible for return/exchange against a credit of a coupon code.
- Damaged/used/worn/washed/altered products sent without proper packaging or in bad condition are not eligible for refunds/exchange.
- Items that are not informed for return within 48 hours or not received by us within 10 days are not eligible for return/exchange.
- International orders are not eligible for returns.
- Colour variations (10-12%) due to screen resolution or camera lights do not qualify for return/exchange.
- Sale section purchases (discounted, bought with a coupon, gift voucher) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Exchange is allowed once per order.
Refund Time
- Coupon codes will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receive the returned products or confirmation of order cancellation.
- The coupon code issued as a refund cannot be used with any other offer code while placing a new order.
- A customer cannot apply more than one coupon code while placing an order and hence orders that are placed using the refund coupon code will not be able to apply any offer coupon code.
- For products received damaged, we will be happy to ship a replacement for the same product or issue you a refund coupon code for the amount paid for the product.·
Coupon Code
- To redeem a Coupon Code, please sign in to the account associated with the customer in whose name and email address the coupon code has been issued.
- The coupon code is sent to the email address or WhatsApp number the customer registered with.
- The coupon code is only valid for the online store.
- The coupon code is valid for one-time use only. Please shop for more than or equal to the discounted amount, as the remaining amount will not be carried forward.
- The coupon code is valid for 6 months. If the coupon code expires, the amount will not be refunded, and a new coupon code will not be issued. Please use it within the validity period.
- Coupon code policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Damaged Product Received
All our products go through a 3-Level-Quality Check and are packed with utmost care to ensure they reach our customers in excellent condition. However, in rare cases, due to rough handling during transit, the product may not arrive in the expected condition. If this happens, follow these steps:
- Inform within 48 Hours: Record an unboxing video and take pictures clearly showing the issues. Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to our returns support team at Support@trisova.in, attaching all necessary proofs for a faster resolution. Our team will respond within 48 hours.
- Reverse Pickup (Only for Orders Delivered Within India): If your return is approved and verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost. You must keep the products ready for pickup. Failure to do so may lead to pickup cancellation, requiring you to ship the product back at your own cost.
- Resolution: Once we receive the product, we will dispatch a replacement depending on availability or issue a full refund coupon code equal to the product's value. This coupon will be valid for 6 months. No cash refund will be provided for damaged product cases.
Can I exchange a part of my order?
Yes, you can exchange any eligible products within 48 hours of delivery. However, some items may not be returnable or exchangeable.

Our Discretion
- All valid returns will be issued as store credit only.
- In exceptional cases where an order has not been approved by Trisova, we reserve the right to cancel it and provide a full refund.
- Trisova reserves the exclusive right to reject a return or exchange request based on the terms & conditions specified above.

Shipping and Delivery - India
We use third-party shipping services covering almost all PIN Codes nationwide. However, some areas are ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone). If your location falls under ODZ, we will inform you within 3 working days. You can then choose to cancel the order for a refund or provide an alternative address.
Order Dispatch
Trisova orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped. If there are delays, we will notify you.
Delays in Shipping
- Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
- Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier issues or customs clearance.
Order Tracking
- You can track your package at any time.
- Tracking details will be sent to your registered email or mobile number upon dispatch.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing an order, contact -Support@trisova.in.
Delivery within India
- Our logistics partners usually deliver within 3-7 business days from dispatch.
- Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Please track your order using the provided details.
- A 10-digit Indian mobile number is required for delivery, as OTP-based verification is followed by our logistics partners. Failure to provide OTP may result in non-delivery and additional charges for re-shipping.
International Orders (Outside India)
International shipping takes approximately 15-20 days from the order date. If there are any delays, please email Support@trisova.in for assistance.
Shipping Charges
Within India:
Trisova offers free shipping on orders above ₹3000.
International Shipping:
- Charges are based on product weight.
- We follow a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) system.
- Product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties.
- Customers are responsible for import duties, customs, and local taxes.
- Failure to pay import duties may result in the package being stuck at customs or returned. In such cases, we will not refund shipping charges and will deduct return costs.
